The adidas Sonic Boost is the perfect transition shoe from regular EVA to Boost Technology. Boost Tech is only applied in the forefoot area of the shoe to allow us to experience the responsiveness as we run. Check the pictures of this PHP 4995 shoe below.
As we can see, the shoe is made up of a very breathable mesh-material/bootie supported by a plastic frame. It has a pretty straightforward construction that looks to be able to perform well-enough for the average runner. Don’t be fooled that it isn’t the top-tier running shoe because, remember, EVA is one of the most reliable cushioning systems out there. PLUS, there’s targeted Boost.
From my POV, this shoe is a get-what-you-need shoe, hitting the basics without too much flash.
